Any credit card information that is transmitted between your computer and our server is encrypted. We do not store credit card numbers. Ever.

Shipping Policy

The following sets forth our shipping policy.

  • Wrong Address. During the checkout process you will have the chance to recheck the shipping address. You are encouraged to do so. Orders with wrong or incomplete addresses may be assessed a service fee if the letter has already been sent.
  • Standard Shipping. Please allow 3-14 days for delivery.
  • Priority Shipping. Please allow 2-3 days for delivery. During December, we have found it to be more like 3-8 days.
  • Express (Overnight) Shipping. Please allow 1-2 days for delivery. Tracking numbers are available.

We do not ship on Sunday. If you order Saturday after 10 AM, your letter won’t be mailed until the following Monday.

Tracking numbers are available upon request for Priority Shipping and Express Shipping.

Substitution Policy

We may, at our discretion, use stationary, snapshots, or envelopes that are not the same color as what is pictured on the website.

Cancellations Policy

Once the letter has been printed, your order cannot be cancelled. If you need to cancel your order before it ships, please contact us ASAP. We always try to ship orders in under 24 hours, so you must contact us immediately. You will need to include your Order Number.

Resend Policy

If your order arrived damaged, and if you would like a replacement, please return the damaged order and we will ship another.

Refund Policy

To receive a refund, please return the unopened envelope to our office within 60 days of purchase date. Once we receive the unopened envelope, you will be refunded for your purchase. Letters that have been resent are not eligible for a refund.

For billing issues, please discuss your situation with us.

When purchasing a deliverable on www.magicalmailroom.com, you understand and agree that the letter you are ordering will be printed on themed stationery. You understand and agree that the letter may contain a hand written signature in the fictitious name, not by a genuine individual. Any reference to characters appearing on www.magicalmailroom.com or in the letter you receive refers to a fictitious character.

  • Links – www.magicalmailroom.com may contain links to other websites. Please note that our privacy policy applies solely to information collected at the www.magicalmailroom.com website and none others.
  • Cancellations/Refunds – We understand that things come up and you may want to cancel your order with www.magicalmailroom.com. We will cancel and/or refund your money if your request is sent via email, by postal mail or telephone prior to your order being printed and mailed. However, once your order has been printed and mailed, www.magicalmailroom.com will only issue a refund if you return the unopened envelope to us within 60 days from purchase date.
  • Editing, Modifying and Deleting – We at www.magicalmailroom.com reserve the right to edit, modify or delete any customized deliverable we believe to be abusive, obscene, unlawful, vulgar and or offensive.
  • Content – You, as our customer agree that you are solely responsible for the customization of the deliverable you submit during checkout. You agree to use the service in a manner that is consistent with all laws.
    Substitutions – At times, due to the volume of orders we may need to substitute the stationery that your deliverables will be printed on to ensure a timely delivery. Be assured that if we must substitute, we will always substitute to an equal or greater value. We will not compromise the theme or quality of the gift.

MagicalMailroom.com is a mommy-run website. We hired a great company to create this website to make sure it was secure for you, our customer. We aren’t perfect with our wording but to help make our policies clear, we are dedicated to giving you the best letter you can find. Our service will be personal and caring.
